If you create an account, we retrieve and store some of your shop information from Shopify including but not limited to: your email, phone number, location, and the name of your company. This information is used to personalize your experience or send you onboarding emails and invoices. If you become a paying customer, we will collect your payment card information. When using CartHero, we will continue to monitor your store for new orders and abandoned checkouts.
When a customer abandons their cart, we will get their information from Shopify so that we can give them any information they may need for their orders. We only keep data from customers who provide a phone number. We use the customers saved information in order to track which orders they are connected to.
CartHero monitors your orders and we only save data for orders that we recovered. We keep a record of orders in order to keep record of how many customers we recovered for you.
When creating an account, you agree to our Terms of Service which allows us to process your data to give you access to CartHero.
To improve the User Experience
We're looking at usage patterns and various statistics to understand what to improve on CartHero.
We’re also using the data that goes through our services to improve the services themselves.
We provide customer support via email or chat, to help you take full advantage of our service or fix any problem you encounter.
There are always bad actors on the web: We actively fight credit card fraud and misuse of our services.
Regularly, we launch new services. We’ll let users know about those releases if they have asked us to keep them up to date.
